MBBS admission test results published

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) today published the results of MBBS admission test for academic session 2019-20.

Around 49, 000 students passed against 10, 339 seats in 36 public and 69 private medical colleges across the country, Dr A K M Ahsan Habib, director of Medical Education & Health Manpower Development at DGHS, told The Daily Star.

The result was published at 4:00 pm. It will be available on DGHS website at 8:00 pm, according to a message on DGHS website.

Under the supervision of the DGHS, 72,928 aspirants appeared in the admission test of the MBBS course for the academic session. A total of 26,531 girls and 22,882 boys passed the exam, according to Bangla daily Prothom Alo.

A student has stood first in the exam with 90.05 marks.

The admission process of the government medical colleges will begin on October 22 and end on October 31. The admission process of private medical colleges will begin after the admission of government medical colleges are done.
