US-Bangla airlines to add 6 extra flights on Dhaka-KL route for December

US-Bangla airlines will operate six additional flights on the Dhaka-Kuala Lumpur-Dhaka route this December to meet growing demands.

The flights from Dhaka to Kuala Lumpur is scheduled for December 15, 17 and 19 and from Kuala Lumpur to Dhaka for December 16, 18, and 20, Kamrul Islam, general manager, public relations of US-Bangla airlines told The Daily Star. 

They were introduced to meet an increasing demand owing to a “Back for Good” (B4G) programme that is aimed at reducing the number of illegal immigrants in Malaysia and for a growing number of tourists who travel from Bangladesh during the holiday season.

The flights for Kuala Lumpur will leave Dhaka at 8:00pm on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft and will reach Kuala Lumpur at 2.00am. And from Kuala Lumpur, the flight will leave at 3:00am and will arrive in Dhaka at 5: 00am.

Currently, US-Bangla operates daily flights between Kuala Lumpur and Dhaka.
