With rows of nearly finished and some unfinished wooden boats lined up by the banks of Karnaphuli and craftsmen busy working, Fisheryghat area in port city is abuzz with activities these days. Each of these watercrafts requires rigorous craftsmanship for around three months. The vessels then set sail on the Bay of Bengal for fishing.
