Novoair, one of the leading private airlines of the country, has added another 68-seater ATR 72-500 aircraft, raising its aircraft number to seven in its fleet.
The aircraft landed at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport today, said a press release.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Novoair has planned to increase the number of flights on domestic and international routes with the new aircraft.
Currently, Novoair operates daily Six flights from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, five flights each to Chattogram, Jashore, Saidpur, two flight to Sylhet, and one each flight to Rajshahi, Barishal and Kolkata.
Novoair started its operations in January 2013.
