Robber killed in Dhaka gunfight: Rab

Rapid Action Battalion today claimed a robber was killed in a gunfight with the elite force members near Beribadh area under Turag Police Station in Dhaka.

The deceased was identified as Shahid Hossain (45), Assistant Director of Rab-1 Md Kamruzzaman told The Daily Star.

Meanwhile, a Rab member was injured during the incident, the Rab official added.

Two pistols, one shooter gun, twenty-one cartridges and seven bullets were recovered from the spot.
