Manusher Jonno Foundation mourns death of Niloufer Manzur

Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), a non-government organisation, today mourned the death of renowned educationist and founding principal of Sunbeams School, Niloufer Manzur, after the 74-year-old succumbed to Covid-19 infection this morning.

In a condolence message, the MJF prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathies to the bereaved family members.

Besides, the organisation prayed for the quick recovery of Niloufer's husband Manzur Elahi, who was also infected with Coronavirus and is being treated at home, said a press release issued by MJF.

Niloufer Manzur passed away earlier today at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka.

Manzur had tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday.
