Over one lakh people of 15 villages in Aruail and Pakshimul unions of Brahmanbaria’s Sarail depend on this six-foot wide bamboo bridge over the Chetra River. Their only other option is to use boats, but that too becomes impossible in winter. A proper bridge would hugely benefit the residents of the area.
