It has been created by Sarah Watson, produced under the banner of Universal Television, and stars Katie Stevens, Aisha Dee, and Meghann Fahy in the lead. The series has been inspired by the life and career of Joanna Coles, the former editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine, who is also the executive producer. It follows the life of three millennial women as they navigate their work, life, romance, and new teachings every day. It was initially released on June 20, 2017 with the last episode being aired on July 16, 2020.
