In the face of another, probably more severe, Covid-19 surge in Bangladesh, the government is imposing a countrywide "strict lockdown" from Monday, June 28.
How "strict" will this lockdown be? Can the government finally control the situation? What can we learn from the mistakes of India in dealing with the Delta variant? Is lockdown the only solution to effectively control the situation?
