According to a recent Bloomberg report, Apple's 2021 iPhones will have the same size as last year's models, but with a smaller display notch. According to Bloomberg, when the phones are to be introduced in September, they will be Apple incremental upgrade over the iPhone 12 series, with modest upgrades to their CPUs, cameras, and screens.

According to Bloomberg, at least one of the four new phones, to be introduced in September this year, will include an LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) display. Apple has already utilized this technology in its smartwatches to dynamically alter screen refresh rates to save battery life.

The report also states that iPhones may not come with in-display fingerprint sensors this year, despite Apple testing the technology.

According to the article, camera upgrades will feature enhanced optical zoom for video capture.

There have also been reports that Apple may produce an iPhone without any ports in 2021, relying on MagSafe for power instead of a standard Lightning port, although it seems unlikely just yet.
