Bangladeshis stranded in Afghanistan: How are they doing?

Swarms of people are desperately trying to leave Afghanistan as the Taliban took over the country. Seven Bangladeshi engineers, working for a mobile operator company, are now stranded in the worn torn country as the flight which was supposed to bring them home got cancelled at the last moment. How are they doing in these trying times?
