Song on Bangabandhu to be recorded in 130 languages

With the idea of spreading the ideal of one of the most iconic leaders of the world, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, a song has been composed which will be sung in 130 languages. 130 eminent singers of each country will be lending their voices for the song.

"We have not yet fixed the title of the track," informs the composer, Syed Kamrujjaman Sujan. "It is still in the works, however, we have finalised over hundred most prominent singers from each country."

He also mentioned that this song would have 130 music videos that will be supervised from each country. "Apart from being challenging it time consuming to get in touch with the celebrities and connect with them through high commissions," shares the composer.

Until now, six singers from different countries have recorded their voices for the song. The countries are-- Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan, Nepal, Indonesia, and Afghanistan.

"We aim to introduce our Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, around the world showing that we had such an influential leader which the world should know about," says Sujan.

Penned by Touhidul Islam, the song is composed by Syed Sujan and Ritchil Jadu.

The team is heading with an aim of submitting this one of a kind song to the Guinness World Record. "We will drop the 130 songs in 130 days in all Bangladeshi satellite channels. More announcements will be disclosed next month, hopefully."
