15 Questions with Rafayat Rakib

In the ever-changing game of content making, Rafayat Rakib's name has been consistent in the field for quite some time. Despite his peers' eccentric yet controversial viral moments, Rafayat's versatile nature of diversifying content has always kept his game strong. However, his mantra of being consistent has not always been the same. From creating home videos with his cousins at an early age to making a living through content creation speaks volumes about Rafayat's journey.

When asked about his diverse content, he stated that the attention span of the general population is growing smaller by the day. He added that keeping them engaged with the same content format will only prove to be counterproductive. "Content creation is an open-ended skill. There is no end when it comes to creating different genres of content. As an entertainer, one has to reinvent oneself every now and then to stay ahead of the curve," Rafayat confesses.

Speaking of new genres of content, Rafayat disclosed his upcoming project, "Magna Golpo," a podcast that aims to invoke the raw side of his guests. Rafayat says, "The concept of podcast is still very fresh for the general population and my team, and I believe that we can do and learn a lot from executing this project."

Rafayat has successfully made his team with quirky individuals who are also his old friends. "Hanging out and working with them has become synonymous for me. Our teamwork drives our creative engine as a whole. I never thought it would be possible to work and have fun with my friends while making a living out of it," Rafayat expounds.

The content creator believes that the future of content creation in Bangladesh is very bright. "We are in the middle of a Social Revolution, and people are more aware. Not only does it empower them, but it also allows them to reach for higher goals. I, for one, am very excited to see what the future holds for my generation and the generation after us," Rafayat concludes.
