Apu's Tollywood debut to release in September

Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas is starring in Tollywood film "Ajker Shortcut". Directed by Subir Mondol, the film is all set to hit the theaters in September. Apu is making her Tollywood debut through this film.  The story of this film is written by popular singer Nachiketa.

"Finally, my Tollywood film 'Ajker Shortcut' is releasing this September. I played the role of a girl from Bangladesh in the film. I believe that everything will turn out great," told Apu to The Daily Star. 

Tollywood actor Gaurav Chakrabarti will be sharing the screen with Apu. The film also stars  Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Sumanta Mukhopadhyay, Chandan Sen, Shankar Debnath, Rajshree Bhowmik, Vishwanath Bose. 

Meanwhile, Apu is all set to produce her government-grant film 'Laal Sari'.
