Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio to reunite for ‘The Wager’

The golden cinematic pair of Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese will soon be reuniting for their seventh movie, which is titled "The Wager". The Apple Original Film is based on an adaptation of David Grann's nonfiction book, "The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny, and Murder."

The movie is set in the 1740's, where a group of 30 emaciated men is stuck on the coast of Brazil. These men are the surviving crew members of a British ship that got lost after chasing a Spanish boat.

Leonardo has starred in Martin Scorsese movies including- Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed, Shutter Island, The Wolf of Wall Street, and their sixth project "Killers of the Flower Moon' will be released in 2023. There are rumours that the movie might debut at Cannes of Venice Film Festival next year.
