Jahanara Begum, mother of Sariful Razz, was in tears after watching Raihan Rafi directorial "Poran", which stars her son in one of the lead roles.

On Monday, Razz along with his mother watched "Poran" at Star Cineplex, in SKS Tower, Mohakhali.  After watching the movie, Jahanara hugged Razz while in tears. When Razz asked why she was crying, she kissed his forehead in reply.

Parents of Raihan Rafi were also present at this show of "Poran".

"I am in shock, after receiving such love from my mother. The important thing for me, is that she enjoyed my film. She also got quite emotional after becoming invested in film's storyline," said Sariful Razz.

"Poran", which stars Sariful Razz, Bidya Sinha Mim and Yash Rohan, was released on Eid-ul-Azha. The film garnered a positive response from the audience and ran houseful in the halls since its release.
