TV dramas and film celebrating Kazi Nazrul Islam on his death anniversary
Today marks the 46th death anniversary of the national poet, Kazi Nazrul Islam. On this occasion, different television channels across the country will broadcast stories, novels, dramas and movies written by the national poet.
The special drama, "Boner Papia" will be aired on BTV at 6:45 pm on Saturday. Khairul Alam Sabuj has adapted the original story by Kazi Nazrul into a drama format. The drama stars Khairul Alam Sabuj, Farhana Mili, Joyraj, Shirin Alam and many others.
"Meher Negar", a Bengali film based on a story by Kazi Nazrul Islam, will be aired on Channel i at 3:05 pm today. The film is directed by Moushumi and Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar. The film stars Moushumi, Ferdous, Erin Zaman and Prabir Mitra, among many others.
Based on a Kazi Nazrul Islam story, the telefilm "Rakkhushi" will be aired on Maasranga TV at 8:30 pm. Directed by Rusho Rakib, it stars Shormi Mala, Shahadat and Nazira Mou, among others.
The special drama "Meher Negar" will be aired on RTV at 5 pm. The screenplay for the drama has been written by Sraboni Ferdous and it has been directed by Shuvro Khan. The film stars Nusrat Imrose Tisha and Manoj Kumar.
