Itu working on a new genre of art

Although face painting or body painting is very well known in other countries of the world, it is fairly new in Bangladesh. The idea, as the name suggests, is to use the body or face as a canvas, focussing on a theme.

One such face-paint artist is Saria Abedin Itu, a second-year student at the Department of Sanskrit at Chittagong University.
