Whenever I come here, I feel alive again: Zayed Khan 

Currently, Dhallywood actor Zayed Khan is in his hometown of Pirojpur, for the shooting of the government-granted film, "Shonar Chor". In the movie, he will be playing the character of a freedom fighter. 

"Pirojpur is my everything. Whenever I come here, I feel alive again. This town is my love. Previously, I have already shot another film, 'Antor Jala', here. I am familiar with every nook and corner of this town, even the mud and clay. The shooting of the film, 'Shonar Chor' will be completed in a few days," said Zayed Khan to The Daily Star.

Ashes to perform in three European countries 

"For this role, I had to shoot in the mud, even in this cold weather. I hope everything will work out in the end," he added. 

"Shonar Chor" is set in the post-Liberation War period. Also cast in the film are Omar Sani, Moushumi and Snigdha, among others.
