BCC to host job fair for disabled individuals with ICT training

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) of the ICT Division of Bangladesh is hosting a job fair for the employment of specially-abled individuals with ICT training. Centre for Services and Information on Disability (CSID) will be a partner in this event. 

According to a press release, the job fair has already received about 400 CVs from interested participants. Local ICT-based organisations such as Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB), Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB), etc. are participating in this event.

With this job fair, the organising authority hopes to provide jobs to over hundred disabled individuals. As per the press release, about 800 ICT-skilled individuals with disabilities have been employed at past iterations of such job fairs.

The event will take place at the office building of NGO Affairs Bureau in Agargaon, Dhaka on Saturday, January 7, 2023. Interested job seekers, specially-abled individuals or disabled job candidates can submit CV or resume through here.
