Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to reprise her role as Rani Kashyap Saxena in the sequel of “Haseen Dillruba” (2021). On Wednesday, the actress announced that the shooting for “Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba”—the sequel—was already underway.

 

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to reprise her role as Rani Kashyap Saxena in the sequel of "Haseen Dillruba" (2021). On Wednesday, the actress announced that the shooting for "Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba"—the sequel—was already underway.

Taapsee also shared the film's poster, which depicts her sitting by a river and gazing at the Taj Mahal. The actress also hinted in the caption that her character will be moving to Agra. 

 

"Ek naye sheher mein, phir ek baar... tehelka machaane aa rahi hai, humari Haseen Dillruba! (In yet another new city, our Haseen Dillruba is on her way to cause havoc)," read her social media post.

"Haseen Dillruba", starring Vikrant Massey and Taapsee Pannu, was a huge success, creating a huge buzz amongst the audience online when it was first released.

Apart from this, Taapsee also has the film, "Dunki", directed by Rajkumar Hirani, in the pipeline. In this film, she will be starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan. "Dunki" is scheduled for release in December of this year.
