'Pathaan' becomes highest-grossing Hindi film
Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan" continues its supreme run at the box office as it becomes the highest-grossing Hindi film by beating Prabhas' "Baahubali 2",Hindi version.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted the box office record of "Pathaan" on Twitter. Till last Thursday, "Pathaan" had a whopping box office earning of about Rs 510 crores and Rs 55 lakhs which crossed Rs 511 crores on Friday.
Earlier on, "Baahubali 2" Hindi had a staggering Rs 510 crores lifetime collection at the box office.
"Pathaan" was released in India on January 25. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film marks the return of Bollywood King, Shah Rukh Khan to the big screen after almost four years. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in leading roles. Salman Khan also made a cameo appearance in the movie.
