RU bans outsiders on campus

Rajshahi University authorities today banned the unauthorised entry and loitering of outsiders on the campus.

A press release signed by Prof Pradip Kumar Panday, administrator of RU's Public Relations Office was issued in this regard this evening.

"If someone needs to come to the campus for any purpose, security personnel at the entrance gate will only allow them to enter after verifying their identity and confirming their reason for the visit.

"The authorities are urging all concerned, including teachers, students, officers, and employees of the university to keep their identity cards on them at all times," said the release.
