Linkin Park releases track commemorating 20 years of ‘Meteora’
On March 25, Linkin Park celebrated 20 years of the release of their sophomore album, "Meteora". To mark the occasion, the band has been gearing up to release a 20th anniversary deluxe reissue of their multiplatinum album. A few days ago, they unveiled another unreleased track from their 2003 album, titled "Fighting Myself".
This song follows their previous archival release "Lost", featuring the voice of their late frontman, Chester Bennington. In "Fighting Myself", the rapping vocals of Mike Shinoda can also be heard.
"Lost" had climbed its way to the no.1 spot on the rock and alternative radio charts after its release, setting the anticipation for the new track to follow the same trajectory.
Linkin Park released their nu metal album "Meteora" back in 2003, featuring songs like "Numb", "Somewhere I Belong" and " Faint".
