‘I don’t think he has what it takes to be a movie star’: SRK on Aryan
As the Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to give the audience another surprise this year with the Rajkumar Hirani film, "Dunki", the actor's son Aryan Khan is getting ready to make his debut as a writer.
While fans were left in shock over the fact that Aryan would not be taking on his father's mantle as an actor, a video of SRK explaining the reason recently resurfaced and went viral on social media.
The viral video clip was re-shared by Shah Rukh's fan community, SRK army. It was taken during Shah Rukh Khan's interview with David Letterman, aired on Netflix back in 2019.
In the interview, the "Pathaan" star said, "My son doesn't want to be an actor, and I don't think he can. But you know, in India, it's like, 'Okay! If you are a movie star's son, you might become a movie star'. He looks nice, he is tall, but I don't think he has what it takes to be a movie star. And, he realises that, but he is a good writer."
