Renaissance to feature Elita in new song

On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, popular band Renaissance will be releasing a new song titled "Shada Kaalo Noy, Noy Badami".

The song's lyrics have been written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi, while Pilu Khan has composed the music. Alongside the band, singer Elita Karim has also provided her voice for this song.

The song will be released by Ajob Records. Speaking about the new song, Shahid Mahmud Jangi said, "In this song, I have talked about humanity and people. The main theme of the song focuses on the idea that our main identity exists outside of religions and caste."

Naquib Khan shared, "This song is against caste discrimination. Renaissance has always talked about life through our thematic songs, and we are continuing to do so with our latest song. I hope the audience appreciates our effort."

Expressing his opinion about the new song, Pilu Khan, another member of the band, said, "After almost two years, Renaissance is returning with a new song. Throughout the band's extensive journey, we have always tried to stay connected with our audience through our music. Once upon a time, we were releasing albums. Now, we only release one song at a time. As a band, we have tried to keep up with the times.

Sharing her thoughts and feelings about the opportunity to sing alongside Renaissance, Elita  Karim said, "Renaissance is my favorite band. It's a pleasure for me to be able to voice a song by a band that I grew up listening to. I am honoured to be a part of this new song, "Shada Kaalo Noy, Noy Badami".

Renaissance's upcoming song, "Shada Kaalo Noy, Noy Badami", will be available for listeners on more than 100 streaming apps, including Shadhin, iTunes and Spotify. A lyric video of the song will also be released on the third day of Eid.

It should be noted that Ajob Records recently took on the initiative to release ten original songs over ten weeks to celebrate their 10th anniversary. "Shada Kaalo Noy, Noy Badami" is a part of this celebration.
