Rock N Rhythm 3.0: Tribute Fiesta was organised by Adventor Communications on May 5 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka.

There are some artists whose music transcends not only time but also boundaries. Artistry of such calibre doesn't just resonate with people; it leaves an imprint and inspires generations. And the weight of their impact certainly echoed through the hall yesterday as people sang their hearts out to timeless classics. Some of the biggest names of the local music industry alongside promising emerging acts hit the stage paying tribute to the bands and artists that inspired them.

The likes of Unmaad, Echoes, Mechanix, and Powersurge graced the first half of the concert and set in motion the energy for the rest of the evening. Powersurge's setlist consisted of hits such as "Nothing Else Matters" and "Master of Puppets". Elsewhere, Echoes covered "High Hopes" and "Comfortably Numb".

Karnival further carried on the momentum, covering iconic tunes by Nirvana and Radiohead. They paid their respects by covering songs such as "Come As You Are" and "Creep" while also playing some of their originals like "Bhrom". Indalo followed suit by putting on a spine-tingling performance, covering TOOL's "Forty Six & 2" and 'Sober" as well as "Like a Stone" by Audioslave.

By the latter half of the show, the crowd was in full swing. Their enthusiasm was amplified through Arbovirus's covers of "In The End" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" amidst other songs.

The electrifying atmosphere transitioned to a blissful mellow through Nemesis's cover of "Fix You" by Coldplay and other hits by the band as well as Incubus. Rock N Rhythm 3.0: Tribute Fiesta brought together fans from all walks of life – some older, some younger – all of whom harmonised together in love for their favourite bands and songs.

The show concluded following Artcell's cover of legendary local acts which proved to be the perfect farewell to an evening packed with high energy. Their performance encapsulated the spirit of the concert as it was equal parts cathartic and full of passion.
