Siddharth Anand joins the highest paid Bollywood directors’ club
Renowned director Siddharth Anand has carved his throne as one of the best directors Bollywood has to offer, after the overwhelming success of "Pathaan". The Shah Rukh Khan starrer film is also being screened in Bangladeshi cinema halls.
With the massive fame and popularity he earned from the spy-thriller project, Siddharth has now joined the ranks of Bollywood's highest paid directors.
According to media outlets, after "Pathaan", the director is currently busy with YRF spy-universe's upcoming film "Tiger Vs Pathaan". Moreover, Siddharth is being paid Rs 40 crore for directing the project.
"Tiger Vs Pathaan" is considered to be among the most anticipated films for the upcoming year, as fans are eager to see the power-packed spy pair-ups, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone from "Pathaan", going head to head with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif from "Tiger".
"Tiger Vs Pathaan" was written by Aditya Chopra, and is expected to be released next year. Meanwhile, director Siddharth Anand has also signed a South Indian film starring Prabhas for Rs 65 crore.
