The evening started with great anticipation as presenter Sazu Khadem announced Zayed Khan's upcoming performance with Priyo Moni.

However, as the duo stepped into the spotlight, instead of receiving the warm reception they deserved, the atmosphere quickly turned hostile, with the audience resorting to boos and mocking noises at Zayed Khan.

Alamgir Khan Alam, the owner of Show Time Music, the organiser of the event, rushed to the stage in an effort to restore order and remind the audience of the importance of showing respect to the performers.

Despite the unfavourable circumstances, Zayed Khan bravely attempted to salvage the situation. Taking hold of the microphone, he announced, "I am finishing."

Determined to showcase his dedication to his craft, Zayed Khan proceeded to sing a song with Priyo Moni, despite the lack of a proper rehearsal. However, the audience's disruptive behaviour persisted, with mocking and continued booing, leaving Khan with no choice but to end his performance and leave the stage.
