Yash and Totini pair up in romantic drama ‘Hotath Bristi’
Popular actors Yash Rohan and Tanjim Saiyara Totini will be pairing up in a new romantic drama, titled, "Hotath Bristi". The drama will be aired on NTV on July 14 at 3 pm.
The love story depicted in the drama "Hotath Bristi" revolves around the passionate desire of two individuals who are bonded by the love for the acclaimed movie "Hotath Bristi".
Ferdous starrer "Hotath Bristi", which stands as the most successful joint production of Bangladesh and India, continues to captivate audiences even decades after its release in 1998. The film garnered an overwhelming response and its popularity soared to the extent that VCD copies were distributed in various regions.
The drama, aptly named after the beloved movie itself, has been directed by Rubel Anush, with Yash and Totini portraying the roles of vibrant youths from the 90s.
Rubel Anush shared, "The plot revolves around the VCD of the movie itself. The protagonist operates a VCD shop, where the heroine visits to purchase the VCD of 'Hotath Bristi'. Through their interactions, a beautiful bond gradually forms between them."
In addition to Yash Rohan and Totini, "Hotath Bristi" also stars Shamim, Anwar, Roni, and Shahil. The screenplay has been written by Abraham Tamim.
