Pankaj Tripathi plays Atal Bihari Vajpayee in ‘Main Atal Hoon’

Famed actor Pankaj Tripathi recently wrapped up his upcoming film, "Main Atal Hoon". The biopic features the life of the late prime minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Taking to his social media accounts, the "Mirzapur" star announced the wrap-up of the film.

Pankaj Tripathi captioned on his post, "This 'Atal' journey will be remembered forever! I consider myself fortunate to have received the opportunity to portray the great personality 'Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee' on the big screen."

Jaya Ahsan, Pankaj Tripathi pose for upcoming Hindi film shoot

Directed by Ravi Jadhav, "Main Atal Hoon" also features Benedict Garrett, Madhu Singh, and Rajesh Dubeay among others. The screenplay for the film was written jointly by Rishi Virmand and Ravi Jadhav.

"Main Atal Hoon" is expected to hit the theatres on December this year. Meanwhile, Pankaj Tripathi will also be appearing in the upcoming Akshay Kumar starrer film "OMG 2".
