Taskin makes a happy return
Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed returned home today after playing Zim-Afro T10 league for Bulawayo Braves.
The right-arm pacer expressed satisfaction over his performance and the overall experience despite his team having failed to qualify for final.
"In terms of my performance, it wasn't bad but still I need to improve. I met with many other cricketers from different parts of the globe and everybody praised me. Many also queried about my availability," said Taskin.
"We have many players who got the ability to play different leagues across the world but we could not always ensure our availability. I'm sure many players will get chance if they are available."
Taskin added that he was not at all unhappy with the cricket board's decision in denying him a NOC for the Lanka Premier League. "I can understand workload an issue here but it's okay as they are talking about the compensation. I believe I can play big leagues if I am fit."
