Dengue death toll crosses 300-mark

The death toll from dengue this year has crossed the 300-mark as another 10 new deaths were reported in the last 24 hours till 8:00am today.
In the meantime, a total of 2,495 people were hospitalised, said a press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. With this, the total number of fatalities in dengue rose to 303 and the total cases to 63,968.
Of the deceased, seven were from the Dhaka division while two from Chattogram and one from Barishal.
