'Dushshahoshi Khoka' to release in September

Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar's "Dushshahoshi Khoka"- a government granted film which captures the early life of the Father of the Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman will be released in theaters on September 8. 

Shommo Joyti will be seen essaying the character of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the film. Yesterday, the film's poster and trailer was unveiled through a grand event in BFDC. 

Apart from its cast and crew, Chanchal Chowdhury, Brindaban Das, Shahnaz Khushi, Chhatku Ahmed, Delwar Jahan Jhantu, among others, were present at the event. 

The government granted film has been much appreciated by the censor board for its beautiful rendition of Bangabandhu's teenage life. 

Shommo who played the role of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman also spoke at the event. 

"I feel really blessed and fortunate to portray the greatest leader of Bangladesh, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the silver screen within such a short time in my career. I have put my heart and soul in the film. I have read books on Bangabandhu and tried to capture his vision through this film," said the actor.
