‘1971 Shei Shob Din’ runs strong in its third week
On the third week of its release, Hridi Huq's directorial film "1971 Shei Shob Din" is receiving immense appreciation from the audience. The Liberation War-based film continues to earn praises not only from the senior citizens, but also from the younger generation. People from all ages have also shown their interest in the film.
"1971 Shei Shob Din" was initially released on August 18.
Yesterday, the film had a houseful show at Bashundhara Star Cineplex. Besides, the film is running in multiple theatres, including Jamuna Blockbuster, Bangabandhu Military Museum, and Diyabari's Fantasy Island.
Hridi Huq expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the masses. "We are happy to receive the love and appreciation from the audience across the country. Interestingly, the younger generation have shown their interest in the film, which is truly a positive sign for us."
Ferdous plays a pivotal role in the film. The actor is elated on the film's success. "It is great news for us that even on the third week, people are eagerly coming to cinemas to watch our work. We encourage people to watch films based on the Liberation War more often," said the actor.
