Kareena Kapoor is geared up to become an enchanting yet murderous wife in her upcoming OTT debut web-film titled "Jaane Jaan". The actress shared another glimpse into the world of "Jaane Jaan" today by dropping the trailer of the web-film.

Taking to her social media accounts, Kareena Kapoor posted, "It's almost time… 21st September! See you 'Jaane Jaan'."

The trailer showcases Kareena Kapoor in the role of a beautiful housewife who murders her husband and tries to hide the crime with aid from her neighbour. However, the story takes a unique twist when a police detective comes to investigate the murder.

'Jaane Jaan': Kareena Kapoor's OTT debut releasing her birthday

Soon, she finds herself entangled in a love triangle between her neighbour and the officer in her attempts to hide the crime.

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, "Jaane Jaan" is based on the Japanese crime thriller novel "Devotion of Suspect X". Alongside Kareena Kapoor, the web-film also features Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in significant roles.

The upcoming Netflix web-film will be premiering during Kareena Kapoor's 41st birthday, which is on September 21.
