Samantha Ruth Prabhu in talks for Bollywood project with Salman Khan
Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is set to star in the upcoming OTT series, "Citadel", is already making waves in the world of Bollywood with rumors of her next Hindi film. Recent reports suggest that the actress might pair up with none other than Salman Khan in an exciting project.
According to media reports, Samantha is currently in discussions for a potential film with Salman Khan, helmed by director Vishnuvardhan. The project is expected to be produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, led by Karan Johar.
While Samantha's involvement in the project is generating significant buzz, there has been no official confirmation from the makers regarding the casting.
Adding to the excitement, reports also suggest that Anushka Shetty and Trisha Krishnan are amongst the actresses being considered for the lead role opposite Salman Khan. However, these speculations remain unverified until an official announcement is made.
Currently, Samantha is enjoying a well-deserved break from her busy schedule. After completing the shooting for "Citadel", the actress decided to take a hiatus from acting for a period of at least six months. During this break, she is prioritising her health and undergoing treatment. Samantha recently spent time in the United States, where she received treatment for her recently diagnosed autoimmune condition known as myositis.
On the professional front, Samantha delivered a hit with her recently released romantic film "Kushi", directed by Shiva Nirvana. Her on-screen chemistry with Vijay Deverakonda gained her significant praise.
