Bangladesh lose three inside 6 overs
Bangladesh were in trouble losing three wickets for 35 runs in six overs in the third ODI against New Zealand on Tuesday.
Debutant Zakir Hasan (1) and young Tanzid Hasan Tamim (5) failed to negotiate the movement from Adam Milne and Trent Boult under overcast conditions in Mirpur. Towhid Hridoy, who looked to counterattack, perished while trying to smoke one over cover, only managing a sliced attempt to the fielder.
Stand-in skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto had the responsibility of doing the repair job with veteran Mushfiqur Rahim.
