University of Asia Pacific successfully organised “Meet the CEO 3.0”
The Entrepreneurship and Career Development Club (ECDC) of the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) has successfully organised "Meet the CEO 3.0" on October 9 at the UAP auditorium.
ECDC works to provide the students with the corporate knowledge and the entrepreneurial skills that they need to possess in their professional lives to shine bright and fly high.
"Meet the CEO' is one of the most noteworthy and spectacular events that the club has organised till date. After two tremendously successful events, ECDC has reached the milestone to successfully organise "Meet the CEO" for the third time. This time, the keynote speaker of the event was Yasir Azman, the CEO of Grameenphone.
Yasir Azman and shared the journey of his career and motivated the students to never give up in adverse situations. The CEO stated how he has coped with his failures in life and learned from it to come back stronger and brighter. He also added how crucial it is to give efforts for the dreams one truly wants to make true and how hard work and perseverance can become the ultimate key of success.
The chief guest of the event was Prof. Dr. Qumrul Ahsan, Vice Chancellor of UAP. He stated how this event will have a positive impact on the students' minds and how this event will help them to turn their dreams into reality.
The event also had Q/A sessions and exciting prizes for the lucky winners. There were various event partners for different categories for the event. The Daily Star, The Business Standard, and Jugantor were the news partners, Channel I and Jamuna TV were the media partners, marketUP was the advertising partner, and Aragga was the gift partner.
Finally, the event was concluded by providing the token of appreciation to the keynote speaker, Yasir Azman. The token of appreciation was provided to the keynote speaker by Prof. Dr. Qumrul Ahsan, Dr. A.S.M Mohsin, Director, Directorate of Students' Welfare, and Mohammad Rakiv, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, UAP, and the Club Advisor of ECDC.
