Metro rail services resume 2 hours after suspension at Agargaon-Motijheel
Metro rail service on the Agargaon-Motjheel route is operational now two hours after it was suspended this afternoon.
Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd on its Facebook verified page announced the information around 7:30pm today.
Earlier, the Agargaon-Motijheel route faced disruption from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Earlier at 5:30pm, MAN Siddique, managing director of the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd, said, "We suspended operation of metro rail around 5:00pm on this part after we found weak signal."
In the morning, the metro rail operations were suspended for one and a half hours due to problems in power service on the Uttara-Motijheel line.
The problems in the power services occurred around 7:30am.
