Rashad Imam Tanmoy (Tanmoy Cartoons) and Cartoon People launched the comic Rustom Palowan-2: The Witch's Curse on December 28, 2024, at Alliance Française de Dhaka. The event also included a drawing workshop, a comic reading and puppet session, a comic discussion session, and a book signing and live caricature session. 

Tanmoy himself took the hands-on cartoon drawing workshop, which was followed by the comic reading session and a puppet session by Qazi Nawshaba Ahmed. Then came the comic talk session. Renowned Bangladeshi cartoonist, writer, and editor of Unmad Ahsan Habib; acclaimed Bangladeshi writer and publisher Mohammad Nazim Uddin, and esteemed artist Sabyasachi Hazra were the guest speakers of this session. The talk was followed by the official launch ceremony of Rustom Palowan-2.
