Fishermen along the Cox’s Bazar seashore use large nets to catch fish, but these nets often trap other marine creatures such as jellyfish, pufferfish, and turtles. While turtles are usually able to survive, many other aquatic animals are left stranded instead of being returned to the sea, posing a threat to marine biodiversity.
