The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast that tonight's temperature is likely to remain nearly unchanged, while the daytime temperature may drop slightly across the country.

In its morning weather bulletin, BMD predicted that both night and day temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged tomorrow.

However, the day after, night temperatures may drop slightly, and daytime temperatures could decrease by 1-2 degrees Celsius, the bulletin added.

This morning, Sreemangal recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the country at 11.3 degrees Celsius, while Dhaka's minimum temperature was 16.9 degrees Celsius.

BMD also said that the weather is expected to remain dry with partly cloudy skies across the country over the next 24 hours, starting from 9:00am today.

Additionally, light to moderate fog may occur in some areas late at night to early morning during this period, the department said.
