Demi Moore named People Magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2025

Challenging conventional perceptions of beauty tied to youth, People Magazine has named 62-year-old Hollywood actor Demi Moore as the Most Beautiful Woman of 2025 in its latest issue.
The announcement was made on Wednesday (April 23), coinciding with the unveiling of the magazine's May 5 digital cover, which features Moore.
In the accompanying interview, the actress reflected on her evolving relationship with her body, speaking candidly about embracing ageing and self-acceptance.
"I have a greater appreciation for all that my body has been through," Moore shared. "That doesn't mean I don't look in the mirror and think, 'Oh God, I look old,' but I accept where I am today. The difference now is that it doesn't define my value or who I am."
Moore, who rose to stardom with performances in films such as "Ghost", "A Few Good Men", and "Indecent Proposal", became the world's highest-paid actress in 1996 with "Striptease".
After a period of supporting roles, she made a notable return to the spotlight with her performance in "The Substance", which earned her both critical acclaim and major award recognition, including an Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe win.
Reflecting on her younger years, the actor admitted to having once "punished" herself in pursuit of an ideal physique.
"Now I have a more intuitive, relaxed relationship with my body. I listen to it, and I have a lot less fear," she said. "When I was younger, I felt like my body was betraying me. Now, I no longer operate from that place."
