AgriWise Global inks exclusive export deal with ShopUp

AgriWise Global Limited has signed an exclusive memorandum of understanding with ShopUp, Bangladesh's largest B2B commerce platform, to become the sole supplier of all export-bound agricultural products on ShopUp's network.

The agreement is aimed at expanding the international footprint of Bangladeshi agricultural goods, leveraging ShopUp's logistics and distribution capabilities to streamline exports.

The signing ceremony, held at ShopUp's Dhaka headquarters, was attended by senior executives from both firms, including AgriWise Chairman Md Nazibur Rahman and Managing Director Sakib Mahmud Zakaria, alongside ShopUp Chief of Staff Ziaul Bhuiyan.

"This partnership marks a significant step in promoting Bangladesh's agricultural products globally," said Rahman. "Through ShopUp's distribution platform, we can reach international buyers more efficiently."

AgriWise Global, which exports rice, fruits and spices, said the deal would boost operational efficiency and support its ambition to capture greater share in overseas markets.

The partnership is expected to contribute to the growth of Bangladesh's agri-exports by aligning producers with tech-enabled supply chains.
