UN Security Council calls emergency meeting on Iran

UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting at 3:00pm (1900 GMT; 1:00am BST) following Israel's wave of airstrikes on neighboring Iran, current Council presidency Guyana announced.
The meeting was requested by Iran, and supported by Russia and China, a diplomatic source told AFP.
