Mini Golf
Today's pick is this rather popular and common first generation Golf model by Bburago. This 1:32 model comes in red or black and features period correct skinny tyres on steel rims.
Pros: Considering it's a budget model aimed at kids, it's ruggedly constructed. The doors open and have full frames and door pads to add to the detail unlike other classic cars from this series. The proportions are mostly spot-on and a bonus is a well detailed gauge cluster.
Cons: No steerable wheels or engine bay. Paint is average at best with noticeable waves.
Upcoming plans for this include wider wheels, lowering, better color and body straightening. Check online for more details and pictures.
We run this story in conjunction with a project story involving one of the few old-school VW Golfs in Bangladesh.
