A woman and a child lie helplessly on the street after falling off a rickshaw, due to the reckless driving of a speeding bus, which caused the puller to lose his balance. The wheel of the rickshaw went over their legs, leaving them critically injured. Despite the road safety awareness campaigns, the traffic situation in the capital is worsening, especially because of the bus drivers; most of whom are unlicensed and have little to no knowledge about traffic rules and road safety.
