Super Chef Episode 3: No room for error
On Friday night's episode of Rupchanda-The Daily Star Super Chef 2015, a few more aprons were handed out. However, what was noticeable was the number of participants put on the waiting list. While on the surface this may not mean much, the fact is that the length of the waiting list is evidence of the quality in this round of the competition. The judges were found on quite a number of occasions taking their time to discuss amongst themselves before coming to their decision. At such a crucial juncture, even the judges could have no room for mistakes.
Tonight's episode too will see even more participants who will make the judging process harder. The participants, who have not yet had the chance to present their dish, have not been sitting idle. They all have a plan which they will have to execute to perfection. With fewer spots up for grabs than before, the window of opportunity keeps shrinking. Everyone in this stage of the competition is here for the apron and no one is here to make up the numbers. Everyone keeps a close eye when their peers are being judged, because right now, it's best to learn from other's mistakes than making your own – for one mistake may mean the end of the road.
Tonight, keep an eye out for the emergence of yet another potential candidate for the Super Chef crown. The last two episodes have each produced a potential winner and tonight will be no different except for in one respect; one of the most mysterious participants will be receiving an apron and this one is one to really look out for. Could the mysterious participant go on to become the Super Chef? Only time will tell but for now, the person certainly stands a very good chance and that by itself is quite surprising.
Look out for a few more unique dishes that are sure to make an appearance in tonight's episode. By now, the participants have already understood the importance of innovation and this learned lesson will be on full display tonight. Also expect some to stick to the basics, as the judges have advised time and again. How will the participants then balance the two polar opposite concepts? Well, in order to find out you need to tune into ntv tonight, sharp at 9pm.
