Man, niece stabbed dead at Mirpur house

Miscreants stabbed to death two people including a woman in Mirpur-12 of Dhaka this afternoon.

The victims are Aminul Islam, 40, and his niece-in-law Priti, 25.

Two unknown assailants stabbed to death the two after storming into a house in Pallabi residential area around 2:45pm, said Jasim Uddin, additional deputy commissioner (Mirpur Division) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.

On information around 3:45pm, police went to the spot, he added.
